In my area 2 Retail SMB reps quit a while ago and Verizon is not going to fill the positions. The SMB manager said that no SMB spots in the East are going to be filled going forward. They were expecting possible layoffs for this position.

Retail is not back filling SM jobs, and not posting for openings. Looking at a headcount reduction at the store leadership level. Possible GM/Indirect Account Manager position merger, however not confirmed. Leadership reduction is confirmed.

They will not back fill the missing district manager as they’re going to consolidate. Expect hour changes soon. Down to 1 SM , floating GM 1 LSS.

Any one have any actual idea what other changes are coming to the retail channel. Please real info no fake news! I heard Great Lakes are getting hit with some big changes.

Verizon store in Valencia Ca is closing by the end of the month. I also heard the Union is already calling the reps in the district for a meeting.

Lots of rumors flying around BGCO call center in Hilliard today about a closure happening to a department in the building. Uncertain of any truth to it.

The payout date is 3/20/20. Full-time employees that were originally issued 50 RSUs will receive a payout of $1,621.51 (27.28 RSUs X $59.44). As with the 1/31/19 vesting, this payout is also subject to applicable withholding.

Did anyone else that was laid off this year receive a bill from Verizon Benefits Center? I received one for $1500 on Dec 15th due Jan 1st....Merry Christmas...been out for months and Verizon is still hammering me..

Can’t believe they haven’t released the 2020 vacation bid results yet. People that requested any time off in Jan are getting stressed not knowing and needing to make travel arrangements.
