At this point it's too late to pull out. They can, but that won't save the VMware deal. Not to mention pulling out will be a massive hit for company's finances and operations.

Raghu said they had a "Plan B" if the deal fell through, but didn't provide any details. Since waiting around to find out what is happening is maddening, let's have some fun and speculate on what Plan B is.
