Is everyone able to log in to the VMware Migration Portal on login.broadcom.com ? and does every see the "Day 1 Activities Checklist"

What is Broadcom severance? What's difference between Broadcom's and VMWARE's? Still 2 month + 1 week * service? I got the letter and accepted. I am wondering what will I get if I let go in next April like people are talking about.
