APEC 2023 is on Nov. 15~ 17. No way China will approve the deal before it. China may talk with US on chip curb/war in APEC and US will not back down. Then the deal is over after that. Let us see.

Looking over at the people waiting for an offer vs people who have an offer, seems like most people who were going to receive offers have got them. The only offers remaining are the severance offers.
