Why does ELV get away with a 30 day notice when the rest of the company's in the country have to give a 60 day notice?

There will be severe cuts every 3-6 months going forward. I can sense it. Basically they think economy is going to sh*t.

I am on the 1st Sub Plan Review meeting. People are mad that they have to apply for unemployment. They are upset that they believe they were getting Severance Pay only to realize that it’s only supplement pay.

You can estimate the number of layiffs in Workday using the active workers with work locations report. You need old numbers for compare, but you can pull numbers on different locations and org levels like GBD. Then see how much they drop

Looks like a great idea, but then the gotcha, if you get an offer and don't accept you loose severance? What if you don't think you will be able to do the job (succeed) this program is awesome, until it isn't. Am I looking at this wrong?

I've been here for a year. It's unreal what I've seen. I have not met anyone who wants to be here. It's really twisted.

I got Riffed on 9/21. I have a few days of vacation and some sick/short term leave days. I will be taking 3 days off per week until my final day. Will not be giving away my time.

Comments on here make it seem like an open secret that our computer use is track. How does that happen? Who checks it, when, how often? Are there flags raised at a certain threshold? Is it different for associates with Macs vs. Windows?

Does IT track your activity, or watch your productivity? How do they make the selection of who to RIF or keep? Is it possible this is an opportunity for leadership to get rid of seasoned employees that they are not happy with?
