How many people have been laid off in total so far?

Does anyone know how many have been laid off since this big job slashing push started a year+ ago? It seems like around 5-8% of total Cigna employees have been impacted so far, but that’s just a guess based on what I’ve been seeing and hearing from... — read more

AWS Training and Certification

Last year a lot of emphasis was put on getting AWS training and certification. General thoughts on this; why the push, important or will it be phased out?

Big wave in March?

Hearing chatters amongst leadership about a big wave in March. Anybody know? Any managers found any conversations connecting to layoffs?

Wake up

Folks need to understand that if Cigna can figure out a way to automate your job or send it overseas for cheaper labor they will do so. If you think your job couldn’t be done away with you are wrong. Cigna is likely very actively looking at how AI... — read more

Sent back home/WAH after sent in to the office

How many others were sent to hybrid in-office mode after being WAH, and now sent back home to full WAH? It seems like a good thing, but can’t help to wonder if that means next on layoff block vs the right thing to do for my role.

Hopefully layoffs start soon

It would be even better if they let us volunteer for it. I know I’m not the only one who’d be more than happy to raise my hand and step away.

HIH - we should talk about it

Everyone, hurry to Iris to download this! There's still time for us to memorize some key talking points to use if things get too worker-friendly after a couple egg nogs.

Time to jump ship

Industry will be under heavy scrutiny after CEO ki-led. New bill by Warren and Hawley would force insurance companies to sell their PBM business. Tired of working for a company that has absolutely no morals. That video of the kids that Cordani showed... — read more

The purpose of Town Hall

If the intention has been to make people even more demoralized and depressed, they succeeded. What’s the point of these TH, anyway? To reassure us that we work for the worst, and that leadership is greedy, incompetent and completely out of touch? Now... — read more

Balancing RTO and the security threat

RTO
