ESI employee here. Just saw Crowdstrike was added to my WFH device as of today. What exactly is it because Google results don't tell me a lot and manager is just saying "oh it's just an IT security thing!"

I do not work for the contact center area but noticed that Verint was downloaded to my computer. I googled it and its a monitoring app but it doesn't have to be used for that. Does any one know how Cigna plans on using the Verint applications?
