It’s March or April but is it towards the end?

At the office today and there was someone walking around with a clipboard and removing employee names from cubicles. Not sure if the people quit, or if there was another layoff.

Directors, management, supervisors, grunts? Claims, case management, tech, legal? Name names if you want. This is going to be an interesting show.

Or will they leave that to be HCSC’s problem? After a while, it doesn’t make financial sense to get rid of some of the MA staff when you can just shove the financial burden of a lay-off on to HCSC.

Wonder what that means. Which tier is more safer when layoffs come?

We are now required to document our goals, and there will be mid year, and year end reviews. From the email, it must be done before 2/16. Things are changing at Cigna for sure. It almost looks like some kind of PIP procedure put in place.
