Outsourcing should be illegal

Or let me rephrase that. If jobs can be filled by American workers, then those jobs should not be outsourceable. Period. Laying off hard-working Americans to send those jobs overseas is unconscionable and should be completely taken off the table as a... — read more

Has the Help Desk been Laid Off?

Town Hall ?

I've never experienced anything like this. This is my 3rd town hall at the company with this CEO, and I don't recall any of them including a Q& A with employees. Is this the norm here? Mark and co. spend the entire call talking about how great the... — read more

Is Gainwell winning new work?

If the company is failing to win new work I’m surprised the Chief Growth Officer and the BD/Proposals department are still in tact. Actually, last year and into this year I know many tenured proposal professionals were laid off while others fled the... — read more

VP was asked to provide a list of employees to cut for end of month lay-offs and told her boss she's done. This will be a big loss to Gainwell and an amazing gesture by one of the few "leaders" that remained.

Upcoming Major restructuring in Mar/April

It will be top-down changes. Heard that ~2 out of every 10 mgmt employees within delivery, product/engg will be asked to take up individual contributor roles (good for them) and ~2 of the remaining mgmt will be considered for WFR. Note: GW is very... — read more

Are the WFRs still occurring or done for the week? I’m not hearing of anyone where I work, but they usually tell us. Sadly, I have to get my info from this site.

GainHELL??? Sound off!

Have you all come to the fact that it will not get better anytime soon? Our systems fail often, the Help Desk doesn’t seem to want to help anyone and will tell you whatever just to get you off of the phone. They can be really rude! So outsourcing... — read more

Town Hall

The CEO said the work force reductions were done so we could be "fit for growth." He then said "the fit for growth activities will continue." We should all connect the dots there.
