@ht interesting this seems to hit the nail on the head. Our director has been on at least 3 extended vacations (we heard cruises and the like) this year, like 3 weeks at a time, none of us get that amount of time off in a request - seriously weeks - - interesting all making sense to me now. Guess that is how the game is played. If it goes away and the vacations don't that will tell the tale. Incredible. When they forced us to roll over only 40 hrs that hurt me the most - one bout of early year illness wipes you out. Why only 40? And yes I know there are states that force $ payout of PTO but really? #hatethisplace is trending
