Isn’t it illegal to force employees to resign and call it volunteer resignation? It sounds like: take this money and shoot yourself. If you dont do it, we will shoot you anyway, without any severance!! What will happen, if I deny to resign?

What if we build a better infrastructure than OCI ..

I have better ideas and implemented few POCs to validate the ideas..I have a team who is willing to implement this. We believe the technology is at least 5 yr ahead of OCI. Will we get funding? Time? Approval? If yes, then what will happen to OCI ?
