It seems like leadership is being moved around and different teams are getting created to get in the way of the sales/CSM team.

Or is everybody just content to keep the status quo while implementing constant layoffs to keep the shareholders happy?

I’m on a pip. Completely unfair. All the BDCs and ODs fake calls all day and skate by. Should I leave Oracle on my own or get fired? I should probably start looking at companies that actually invest in their employees.
