I've heard Oracle Apps (specifically things like Oracle HCM Cloud) are actually doing very well. Are they any particularly safe places in Oracle where you're more likely to avoid layoffs?

Both are faced with delays. It would be interesting to see who breaks the barriers first. Cloud Engineering has been left without OT for over six month now with huge income loss.
