Has anyone felt that they or another employee have been discriminated against for either age, gender or religion?

You know one thing TI is horrible about. If you look up all their employee promotions: for example who’s doing what and or employee highlights. It’s almost always women. We have more promotions for what women are doing in the industry than anything else! We have woman clubs as well. Imagine if we had a man’s only club how upset they’d be! There is a lot of talk about how people believe universally women get some positions because women businesses are tending. That’s sad

@19v let me help you out dude because you’re confused. This thread has and has not ever had anything to do with the use to be intern now IE. I think that was two threads ago. Now maybe you can leave that poor kid out of it. They in this thread was talking about the awful manager who bullies people.which, is irrelevant now because she went and had half of it taken down. Even though she bullied someone on here and started it.so, if we can just let it go and the thread move on that would be great

You're all jumping to an incorrect conclusion.
This could have been a normal thread about the topic but no here enters "someone" to stir the pot. Just stop falling for comments and ignore them. She's always has to be the center of attention. So, if we stop letting her comments do that we can just ignore them and stay on topic.
@ym It was. Especially if you saw the news piece on it. They were trying to make light of our threads being full of drama. Then the same first shifter who always trolls got on here and made it a thing. She's always on here its pretty much her personal vendetta since she got caught red handed treating people awful. She found out what everyone really thought about her actions and behaviors with her peers, and those who work at the same plant and she couldn't handle it. So, now this is what she does in her spare time. I guess it makes her feel better. She could just work on her management skills and behavioral skills with people instead, that would be helpful though and mean she has to admit she's the issue. They all know its her, unfortunately for her because of the way she writes her content on here. Plus, she started pulling people into offices or aside asking and digging on who it all was on here. By doing so she gave away a lot of information in the back and forth conversations, that she obviously didn't realize she was doing... So, she's asking questions but also giving information on how involved she was basically without even knowing that is what she was doing. So, now even though she was told to not respond we were told, she still does.
I thought it was the person trying to be funny and make light of the forum since stuff had been so tense.
@y3 lady you have too much time on your hands. Due to the thread about “you” previously. It takes brief writing comparison to analyze this by the way. You 1: have too much time on your hands. 2. Didn’t the company attorneys tell you guys to stay off here? We ALL know who you are lady.

@dj they could have used text to talk as well. Spell check always changes things not in my favor, even at work. This replier has serious issues regardless of what’s wrong with one persons probably broken English/ text to talk with foreign accent issue. Who knows! The fact the other person has to get on and type nonsense to fill their boring life is comical

The biggest problems are:
“deviating from their pew pew … incident” — “deviating” doesn’t make sense here. They probably mean “deflecting attention from” or “distracting from.”
“Trying to be like why we are not as bad as the other guys read their threads lol.” — This is a sentence fragment and the syntax is muddled. It takes rereading to determine what they mean.
“Otherwise we have a serious drama lama in our fabs.” — Grammatically informal but comprehensible. The usual expression is “drama llama,” not “drama lama.”
“Perhaps, a released employee?” — The comma after “Perhaps” is unnecessary, and “released employee” is an odd phrase. “Former employee,” “laid-off employee,” or “terminated employee” would be clearer.
There are several places where commas or periods are missing, which makes separate thoughts run together.
“Pew pew (using safe word) incident” communicates the idea in an internet-forum sort of way, but it is deliberately vague rather than clear.

Treated fairly? No. For discriminatory reasons? Also no. TI treats people poorly universally.
