Is this just rumor season, or is something real coming?

@11r how do you know this?
@1n1 start with Ramon, Athina. Ram and most HR leadership.
From global experience, if your org hasn't been reduced by 90% yet, I can say there is more coming real soon.
@11r same. Ramon is demanding more sacrifice. Honest, cut off Athina and entire offshoring. It has not worked.
We need people in the ground.
He cannot admit he has been a failure and worse giving Athina a blank check to do what she wants has sunk us to all time low
By the end of this month, there will be be another organizational restructure in N.A. A new operations model that will not solve anything but it will impact jobs.
@da AK should be replaced by Claude. It is more same and logical vs a useless cio
Didn’t Plano just have a buy out or opp to get out in the factory in TX? They never ask the real hard workers of route sales if they want a buy-lots of them there still struggling to keep this industry alive. While the higher ups walk barefoot around difficult situations of which ones to let go.
so many PEP employees live in a bubble not realizing that they work for a failed company
It is coming for sure, considering most of the eligible employees in Plano turned down the VPR.
I heard if AK used less buzz words the S&T team wouldn't su-k so bad. Seriously I could integrate 100% of pep in 1 hr with unlimited claude access. This entire team su-ks.
The only ones who should be getting laid off are the horrid inept executives who have driven this once great company straight into the ground. Not the mostly hardworking employees who have built this place and to this day continue to sustain it.
Why the surprise ? I think it would be more interesting if you heard whispers about NO Layoffs. PepsiCo is such a poorly structured, horribly managed and under-performing company with way too many employees, so Layoffs, down-sizing, spin-offs are to be expected.
I'm sure something is headed down the pike and we'll find out soon enough.
