We used to get a gift card or something for completing the get active challenge are we not getting anything this year

Not participating. I have more than enough other tasks to complete in my day (my job + 2 others from colleagues who wre smart and left).
So am i taking even a NY minute to fill out that stupid Get Active tracking.

That may have just been your LOB. Never seen it written anywhere that there was a participation trophy… I participate every year and never received or expected anything.

Brother they couldn't even pass out fu--ing free shirts...they "don't have the money" for rewards of any sorts. Sh-t even getting recognized for good performance via global recognition points is little to none. Fu-k this place

We are seriously complaining about this now? Good grief. If you were doing the challenge for a gift card you have really missed the point.
How is this related to layoff information?
B3 manager here. This was brought up during a skip level, and was decided the bank will not be providing anything this year. In fact, those who participated and received a Get Active t-shirt will be receiving a $25.00 deduction from their 9/1 paycheck (if salary) or their first paycheck after 9/1 (if hourly).
(Joking, but it sounded believable, right?)
