Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

Which positions are unnecessary?

Obviously many of these posts are coming from employees or former employees. With that being said, the company is gravely in debt.
Which positions are unnecessary to continue the operation of the business?
Please list them in response. Maybe just maybe upper leadership will wake up instead of continuously bleeding money to unnecessary employees with unnecessary job titles.
Decrease your liabilities boys!

It’s a free for all! Just look at linked in. Everyone traveling while the company is in extreme debt.
Terrible business leaders. JDR and Scary Kari…worthless.

How about that swiss army marketing “kn--e” we have in Estero? Embarrassing to say the least. Who cares about dogs when we have no fleet to rent or employees to wash cars. My local manager is running ragged trying to survive and I can’t get HR to help us source staff to cover operating hours.

@17t @17t completely agree.
the board, knighthead, cetares, the board members who own Jota car that forced hertz to sponsor, the board who thought buying Tesla cars would convince investors that hertz is now a Tech company partnering with Elon and the stock will go up
The board who agreed that Tom Brady will attract customers. The board that over pays CEOs. The CFO from one bankrupt Spirit would be great to bring in?
The lies that TNC & Oro are profitable and the struggle is everyone else's fault except theirs.
No cash in your account panic to make bad decisions on selling all assets and leasing them back - give a false perception of short term while digging a grave for long term.

Get rid of every mother fugger that collaborated to destroy our beloved Hertz starting with the Board and C suite. You have epically failed to give us a company with a future. Shame on you for extracting residual value from Hertz and leaving each one of us sc--wed!

@xv everyone in this company is afraid of hurting each others feelings so we just promote these same maniacs.

@ts left Hertz a year ago. Best thing I could do for my health. That place was toxic.

Healthcare is so much more expensive. When you aren't a company, they start taking away from all corners.
Get out of Hertz and find a new industry

When you let go of some but not all, you have bad seeds that continue to spread bad habits-so rather than allowing the bleed and loss of revenue; let everyone go and clean house. Start fresh.

Outsource the ENTIRE Facilities group. Can’t get anything repaired. Run to failure. Excuses. Car wash down for months. Lights out. How about canopies ready to collapse and ki-l us or customers? ZERO PM.

Just call them for what they are—a complete waste of company money.

My personal favorite waste of company money is the excel spreadsheet mover and the work from home parrots.
