GTS is laying off entire teams and other areas are also eliminating people quietly. I only heard through resources that applied for an open position but I have also learned of additional "retirements" on LinkedIn.

They are doing the tracking in order for TD not to pay for packages. One of the worst banks on the street to work with or work for.
@1df I agree, that's the general feeling I am hearing too. Using the time tracking to target people to let go.

Most likely. Several teams lost members and now the time tracking. Wouldn’t be surprised if another round will be coming once the numbers are in.
