@29m I live for the down votes!
@29c @Count of Monte Python Cristo, you sure do a lot of negative swipes on these threads which leads me to think you must still be werking at the GloomENS.
Keep it up, you are quite the entertainer.
@297 Sure, Jan.
@297 can you be more specific? Do you mean layoff's are actually happening today?
It has begun.
Nah. Just sitting here waiting for the news to break.
@OP Well? Are they happening? Well? Are your hands wrung together so hard you can't type anything?
@1s9 Of course there are no other details other than Nostradamus-type quatrains.
The man with silk suit is here,
The scissors are in his hand.
"Cut! Cut! Cut!" they chant.
Servron Dervon crossed the Mississippi.
The outcome of this post: if nothing happens, crickets. If something happens, Cassandra will come back to gloat with her broken squirrel and her blind clock.
We can always tell when a RIF has occurred, our group starts getting different calls, some are more for account reps, or local CTL customers, etc.
@ys got any details?
@y7 finance
One brewing around the corner!
@wh What teams?
@OP another round next week.
you will see RIFs Lumen until there is no more Lumen. Successfully processing termination paperwork is the only thing the SLT is actually good at. They sure can't run a profitable business, so they pay debt with blood, sweat, and lively hood of the ones that fund their racecars, taylor swift concer tickets, and Brene Brown upside down pineapple gatherings.
🥺
Lumen will be deploying 10,000 AI Robots in August. You'll be working next to 20 of them to one of you.
AI will ki-l about 70% or more jobs worldwide.
Of course theres always more for heathen cannibals.
Are any jobs being eliminated due to AI?
Guessing it won't stop until all the legacy services are ultimately turn off.
It wouldn’t shock me. Seems to be one of the teams that hasn’t lost anyone yet and with the move away from voice products, they probably will see an impact. When does it stop??
