@1xb man we are discussing totally different office in different country, it has nothing to do with h-1b. We are discussing office in Poland, which never took any jobs in US as it's independent office.

What is H-1B?

@1w8 Visa hired nearly 5,000 H‑1Bs in five years, and the funniest part is most of them came through IT body shops run by their own buddies, not direct hires from India. Meanwhile millions of American‑born workers apply to those ‘open’ jobs and never even get a courtesy email, but somehow someone’s relative always walks right in.

@1sd Funny how the fake-document, body-shop H-1B crowd is triggered by reality. Truth hurts more than your forged degree, huh? Stay mad — and stay scared. LOL.

Crocodile tears from H-1B workers with fake documents, such shameful people. You’ve played a big role in ki-ling American jobs, and now you cry about layoffs? Pathetic.

This is extremely unprofessional how they handle this layoff. No updates whatsoever.
There are meeting rooms booked for the next 2 weeks until September 4th in the Business Link office. So I guess this is where the HR will execute the orders face to face for everyone on the list.

This is seriously insane how long it takes. I think there might be a scenario a class action lawsuit.

It's so unprofessional, they announced layoffs few weeks ago, but we still have to wait to know who is on the list. It's very stressful, I don't know how they expect people to work with motivation now, especially as they said that layoffs will be regular now.

I can’t believe this company didn’t even bother to say something like, we are working, we are at this stage of the process.

NO, we will fire a lot of people but you wait dear, you’ll know at some point if it’s you or not. It could be today or tomorrow or next week, but you wait and don’t forget to do your job and do it well
