You get 2.5 days per year instead of the standard 1 week or 2 weeks per year. No career transition assistance at all. You get a 1 time 1-1 help building a resume. Got two months after 20 years.

Don’t count on the outplacement / career assistance - which is granted by BB for 2 months from the day you activate it - to help you find your next job. They provided one resume critique which the “career coach” assigned to me kept telling me to change. The coach reviewed my LinkedIn profile and made some decent suggestions. They give you four phone calls with the coach. Their focus is on networking and building your “personal beand”. Most jobs they “found” for me to apply to were expired when they appeared in my feed.
I did one phone call, then stopped jumping through the hoops they insisted I jump through.
My focus is on hustling and getting my next job, which is going to happen without help from RiseSmart. I am thisclose to locking in my next job.
@2ww They prorate it so they give you a part of it. Well as long as you sign their severance package. Very stingy.
What happened to your stock (bonus) award? Did it go away?
I'm looking for the door, but expect I'll be shown it within the next year... if I leave (by choice or not), do I lose the stock awards that haven't vested yet?

@OP another thing blackbaud should also consider is continuing to pay at least the employees portion of cobra benefits for at least 6 months.
