Is it true that they just let go all of customer care on the 4th floor of Lehi?

Not sure about the UT office. Many in the collections dept (mostly remote) were laid off, including management and most supervisors. They're being integrated with customer care. Also, the employees who retained jobs lost all bonus incentives, leaving top performers with massive pay cuts.
@2zt Adam Tentis doesn't appear to feel shame. It does seem like he feels real fear though, particularly about being irrelevant as a leader, which he is.
It's hard to really know who posted the fake reviews since his wife was a willing participant. She is a mental health professional too. Clearly ethics comes after survival. Bills need to be paid, right!

It's a shame that Adam Tentis spent all the effort on writing fake reviews to boost his mobile app when he could have sprinkled in a few here and there to shout out to the poor reps that stood on the front line defending this sham 1 star company.
