@3cx the ceo is piece of sh-t. He’s making 25 million a year. The vps have overinflated salaries as well. What an awful organization
Layoffs happened on August 5th. Project managers and Analysts got laid off
@ac some layoffs also happened a couple weeks ago. Was told more in August and November to come.
What I have heard:
A round of US corportate layoffs occured on Monday.
Layoffs were described as redundant postions.
The driver was expense control.
There were more than 100 postitions eliminated.
No more layoffs are expected in the immediate furture.
Our area lost a lot of fantastic, long-time (10+ year) onshore FTEs yesterday. This after a townhall a few months ago where they said they wanted the company to foster talent from within and become a place where people could work their entire careers.
The company has completely lost the fu--ing plot. Executive pay is at an all time high while FTE morale is at an all time low.
