Anything going to happen besides top level management gone? New leadership July 1 but not a word about the rest of the peons.

3 months since the “merger” aka re-org or let’s get real a layoff and still no communication with onshore operations
If there was nothing to change (how to structure operations when chemical is unloaded) then why so long to announce anything

Makes sense now
Any updates? When are we going to know what's going on with operations?
Interviews going on this week for offshore ops and electrical spots. Maybe some clarify for those orgs coming next week. No timeline for Onshore Ops. As long as they keep the excellence team, all our hopes and dreams will come true.
It's after August 1th. When does the real story of what went down between SG, GM, and JS get told?
Town Hall today was a waste of time
Combined engineering going from ~125-130 boxes to 104 boxes. More assets, fewer people, lower job grades. The Shell way.
@4t0 I used to support DOps. The facility engineer covers all engineering for the terminal or asset. So basically mechanical, rotating, electrical, reliability, etc. basically a hard side engineer.

Underpinned by people principles: Care for People, Safety, Business Continuity, and Communication
Townhalls announced for engineering and offshore Ops. Nothing yet for onshore ops. Of course we wouldn't everything on the same timeline. That would make too much sense. Good luck to all involved.
Whole bunch of private appointments on top management calendars but no info being shared. Wish they'd just hurry up and tell us if we have jobs or not.
Top leadership is currently working on their business unit organization models
Speculation is that there will be a re- org after
Rumors hint to a bloodbath coming. Townhalls coming soon. So much for pound for pound best business in Shell. The leanest business getting leaner.
Well the groups have been lifted and shifted and drifted but still no news for the future of the peons.
Shitcanning. Lots of shitcanning.
My guess is that once top management settles in and learns the specifics of managing their business model. Lesser JGs will endure a “re-org”. After that the lower tier JGs and hourly personnel will be set up as a scale ability group to support the current and lesser
