Yeah, blue staters never foot any kind of bill. How's that high speed rail to no where working out for ya in Cali? Cheap at twice the price!

@OP It's even worse than that. Taxpayers are footing at least $3.9 million of the price tag through TIF financing. Not only that, but evidence suggests that the buyer of the building is a multi-billion private equity fund with close ties to WF in a scheme to help WF avoid having worthless property on the books. In any case, I smell a huge rat.
