They’re going to squeeze another 85% out of employee appreciation week to deliver another .01 on the dividend.

PEP stock is useful for generating tax loss and lowering your tax bill.

For the person who mentioned it’s not about stock price and then continued with dividends. It is about total performance. Stock price plus dividends and you have to be nutty to invest in PepsiCo

Time to start playing the famous Judy Collins song at PepsiCo townhall

Let’s see who is old enough to know what it is …

It’s never been about the stock price (Or the people)

From the FY2025 annual report:
Total dividends paid: $7.638 billion (up 6% from $7.229B in 2024)

Per-share rate: $5.69 annualized (a 5% increase from $5.42), effective with the dividend paid in June 2025

Way too many problems to unpack. There’s no return. It’s going to be a cost cutting race paired with an incompetent distribution system, way too many priorities (now to be worse with PO1), layoffs, and a poor compensation plan. Morale will only get worse with productivity initiatives. Take care of your mental health all. You will be blamed individually for the organizational failures.
