EH is destroying this place, and nobody seems to give a damn outside of us, since we're the only ones truly affected by it. We have to do more work, we have to deal with lost benefits, we have to handle the increasingly toxic culture. I don't know how much longer I can take it.

Sorry to say folks, but its the same everywhere. Something happened as a society during & when we "emerged" from Covid-19. People are just generally fed up with each other.
When you start feeling that way you have a decision to make: either find another job and quit, or accept the situation for what it is, stay quiet, and keep showing up every day. It really is that simple.
Personally, I quit. A few years ago now. My only regret these days is that I didn’t quit sooner than I did. There are actually great employers outside the berm. But you have to be willing to leave to change your situation. If you purposefully stay with a company where you aren’t happy, at some point you have to look in the mirror and realize you’re looking at a big part of the problem.
You have choices. This place is as toxic as it gets. Use your PTO and take time for you!
I feel you, I’m in the same boat. Lots of people feeling that way. 3 people in my org quit in the last few weeks. Talent is jumping ship faster than ever. Not good.
You know you can just get up and leave, right? No one is forcing you to stay.
@OP quit and find a new job. Nobody is born with a job and Nike us just another sh-t company. Get out before your mental health gets worse.
Your job doesn't define you. Maybe start reevalating your life and choose a path that will be less toxic?
