In past i did some interviews as technical person helping manager.. We never expected great things or truth from certain known big places and 9/10 times it was justified.
That one person who got stuck there due to various reasons.. I felt sorry for the person, because when we started interview - we were biased after few really low quality level engineers / lazy people coming from his "company Y".
It makes me wonder if dell has such stigma now?
