I will start by saying I dont advocate, like, support, or agree with su----e.
But I also want to say that in my 19 years at T-Mobile since covid, I have worked through management lying to us non stop. I've seen multiple people talked into staying at T-Mobile, told their positions were safe only to get laid off and immediately go home and end their lives.
It's not a pretty thing, but decisions like the ones t-mobile has made, have caused a lot of people to end it. I hope leaders understand that.
It's true - a lot of su----es happen as the result of layoffs, it doesn't take a genius to figure out.
It’s sad but true. Su----es are a real repercussion for mass layoffs. To the people posting and saying this is fake. I don’t know OP but look up what happened in the Colorado Springs office. Su----ed are real and present thing and threatening people into not talking about it won’t work.
@de Simple minded. If your state laws permitted you to not take the vaccine and still remain employed like Texas, you have a legitimate issue, if not STFU its the bed you and your fellow citizens made, sleep in it.
@OP So you cannot discern the difference between a job and your life, we get it. If you have skills and abilities and a reasonable market expectation of compensation based on those abilities you would be able to identify what your economic worth is.
