short term disability is paid so I think you would get the bonus.

I truly do not understand the downvoting. This is a legitimate question from OP and a legitimate response. I think some of you on this site are plain and simple a--holes who are bitter and unhappy in life.
There is a one page pdf that summarizes eligibility for this special bonus. The text below is from that doc:
