How demoralizing is it that we have gone from no active sho-ter training to training in how to respond to now training on also how to identify potential active sho-ters. Not a good sign. Demoralizing to see the screens all around campus encouraging everyone to identify potential active sho-ters. What is this place coming to!

Maybe prep for someone going postal after getting second PIP.
I always say we'd save a lot of $$$ on executive protection if the executives weren't such a$$holes
@OP This stuff is necessary because you live in a state (and country) full of g-n-worshiping lunatics, and every time someone tries to put some guardrails around firearms, you people lose your minds and file lawsuits.
So yeah, everyone is stuck doing this stilly ineffective training now, and for no good reason other than make it harder to sue the company.
They create monsters and want everybody to get involved. Just open the door and let them know where the execs are.
You will be spared.
To be honest I prefer to WFH with all the craziness in Houston and campus
What’s wrong with trying to identify an active sho-ter? In today’s world everyone should be aware of their surroundings with how many crazy people we have in this world.
