For those of us who have 2027 seperation dates, thoughts on the company revisiting those and pushing them up? On my team we have May and August dates. I want to think the PL who pinned these dates had to provide some sort of staggered timeline and may be revised. I know wishful thinking! This place is so toxic and I don't think I will make it till then.

It sounds like some people have been able to negotiate an earlier exit date just based on what I'm hearing here. I'll call HR and see what they say.
My date is in 11/2027.

I have a March 2027 date, and I am hoping to be approved for a September date. For some reason, I no longer have access to the VSP website. This process has been very frustrating.
I have a March 2027 date and wish I had been given the September date as we were led to believe. I would even take a December date now!
Originally assigned to a March 2027 end date and at the end of last week our VP advised that l was approved for 9/4/26 end date. Not sure why it was changed but not questioning it either. No rhyme or reason to how things work with Centene.
I have August 2027 and pray the same thing move me up to sooner! I keep saying 1 year that’s it and going to focus on saving and paying some bills to be somewhat ok. I am closer to retirement so might be perfect timing, although sooner will be nice.
@OP I have a May 2027 and was shocked when I got the approval with that date. I’m hoping the date gets moved up for all of us!
