I know 2 older in IT that got NI. They changed sups and were able to survive and still be productive.
If you were ranked as NSI, you are just not meeting Exxon standards. Good luck to you in the future!
@OP In my current team for last 4 cycles our "manager" PIPed 1 per cycle all under 40
26 and pipped.
