This company is full of sht when it comes to employee wellness and work life balance. The dept I work in won’t allow my PTO balance to go negative 10 hours for a medical procedure related to an FMLA case. They can go fck themselves.

Productivity regardless of day will go down. Morale is in the toilet.
@OP wellness days? No such thing in Optum at least not Home & Community business line. We are so lucky that PTO even negatively impacts are metrics so the more you use PTO the harder it is to meet expectations 😂🤣
What does this have to do with Optum layoffs?
