Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

finally left the toxicity

3 months into my new job and I can confidently say: leaving Citi was the best thing that ever happened to me.
I’m happier, more at peace, and I actually enjoy going into new job now, I can spend time with my family after work, be present, relax, and enjoy life without constantly worrying about the next layoff announcement, toxic managers, or what kind of gaslighting from upper management is waiting for me when I log in Monday morning. That alone has been priceless.
Godspeed to everyone still here. I genuinely wish you nothing but the best and hopefully, your exit comes sooner than you think.
