I took the last survey I will ever take in Clifton and I answered with brutal honesty.
I was in my manger's office within a few days being told my shift was being changed and I had no choice.. when I protested I was told "we can do anything we want to you".
I never took another survey again, never attended any more skip-level meetings or town hall meetings.
