Do you think that they will ever act based on what people tell them in surveys? I doubt it. What a royal waste of time, I dont even know why they bother.

Im done playing the game. I am not going to provide any feedback on surveys. I can't be honest.
Of course they will. They will act against the people who speak out about how much of a s*** show this place has become.
No feedback-receives a bonus.
@bc Absolutely correct, if you give the answers you want to give your PL bears the brunt for not selling the kool-aid. It impacts their bonus and they have to attend "re-education" sessions. My PL told me this directly.
The surveys go towards our supervisors not leadership
