Who else is seeing 50-100% turnover on certain teams? Expected to continue? Not to mention executives turning over like crazy or hopping to new roles internally.

I took a job as an outsourced team leader for a local Aerospace and Defense company here in south Florida.
THEN the customer hired me. I make WAY more money working on important stuff with very cool people who I look forward to seeing day.
Point is, PLEASE START LOOKING! There’ll be some lean times, and some suffering. Please don’t ever doubt yourself. You’re just in a bad spot.

@en Clifton su-ks so much because of outrageously bad and unqualified leadership. A lot of good engineers quit because they are mistreated. Clifton will get even worse..

@dw rec bonuses are a lie. They will fight you tooth and nail to avoid paying it out
The job market is still a little tight, but that is starting to change. That is why some areas are offering recommendation bonuses.
As the job market continues to move from an employer market to an employee market, the bleeding will really start. I know programs which may lose 50% of their dev staff because of RTO

@cf Clifton operation is a disaster. Those who have options have left recently or are leaving soon.
The entire industry is watching L3Harris collapse from within. The workforce is bleeding away, upper management can't keep it's dirty hands off the hired help, and virtually EVERYBODY who charges time hourly is stealing.
But, any company that would hire somebody like Chris kubasik deserves what they get.

Supply chain in maritime is being gutted. Two weeks ago a Senior Procurement Manager walked out without notice and never returned. Two other senior managers resigned impacting other maritime locations
Seeing a ton of jobs posted and looks like a lot of the jobs the RIFd a couple years ago, are they trying to get people to come back?
More chaos to come. Make that more DISRUPTION to come.
