Less than meets. Received email today that my mid year was updated. There are more notes. Asked manager, they said we'd talk tomorrow. This happen to anyone else?

Should be illegal to ding you for something 'discovered' from a previous year on the current years review.

I got another "check in" after my mid-year. Was a positive comment about some stupid vague nonsense that was on my mid-year.
Managers are forced by their bosses to give a minimum of two poor performance reviews, or they themselves will be given a poor review. It’s one of many sh---y realities of this sh-t corrupt company.

I got 2 less than meets consecutively . All are fake reviews.But I have no intention of leaving. Wait and I see what these guys will do. No hurry. I have many lawyers friends.
@a5 was that internal ? Didn’t know you could apply for internal with less than meet rating?
My manager read my less than meets review but when I looked at the language later it didn’t line up with what I thought I heard which was very unexpected and had never been brought up before. It kind of didn’t matter because I had one foot out the door and resigned but it’s certainly possible that it was later changed
@OP I received a less than meets, last year received same, I proactively found another gig at 25% more.
