Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

there will come a time

..when the designers and implementers of the strategy to IM and create bs ways to terminate folks for misconduct come to light. all to avoid severance and silence those who want to help the place. they may be retired by then but they should have fun in their next life experiencing karma x10

Unfortunately, probably not. once you get to those levels, you somehow always bounce around making the same d-mb decisions to the next.

Sadly, many companies have had performance management programs to manage out" the bottom 10%. It was celebrated by Jack Welch and for decades many corporations have force ranked teams and then terminated the lowest performers (based on the ranking curve).

The reality is no one outside of WF cares and all they want to see is the stock price going up. So don't expect any huge moral outcry or government investigation. This is corporate America in action

It su-ks, but they'll get away with it - and be rewarded handsomely by shareholders.

They don't care - they know they'll be going to meet with the one they adore due to their greed, avarice, thievery, lies and deceit. They just can't keep their hands out of the cookie jar, fattening themselves up while the populace starves. Um, could it be the one with the broken wings and cloven feet.......does he have horns and carry a pitchfork ?........is he a mu-----r and destroyer whose objective is to steal hope and divide humanity ?.......oh, I don't know.....could it be...........SATAN ???
