@OP my sources through the grapevine as they explained it, cite the fact that senior execs found out that nearly 40% of existing employees are not productive. To monitor that, they looked at: login times; amount of time out activity; # of programs accessed; emails sent & received; mtgs attended + results. That is why IT was mainly signaled put. Operations was blamed due to low culture surveys, cronic low salaries which couldn’t be raised; lack of technology & manual process. Balooning health care costs a the deciding factor. Costs were running 2x higher than anticipated. Indian healthcare is dirt cheap as physicals are performed on the rickshaw
we have heard the next round could inlcude: team CX, actuaryies, sales reps in field who generate sales & revenue, finance, & Cap Mangt. Its rumored another 50-75 are on the chopping block.
Yes! they personally install cameras in every workers bedroom too.
My role is a manager & i read proofpoint a couple hours a week. You will not believe how clueless the RPS, CRMs, and PASs are. Lying to clients. Rude. Spelling errors. Where did HR find these people ?????? Time to get Alvarez & Flavors to give IQ tests to new hires.
