I'm only 3 weeks of waiting at this point, but I see folks have been waiting since May and still haven't received it or any word from NetApp. How can we organize and get this in front of some financial reporters?

I'm very concerned that there is no due date in my contract. What a bunch of weasels. How do we get attention on this?
