@af my pl told us that earlier today.
Nobody knows anything. These comments are full of speculation.
@a7 i dont think one was filed in 2023
I heard layoffs are happening for Florida and other states this week. Watch out!
I heard notifications will be sent to those impacted the 2nd week of August.
@a7 It depends on how they spread it out. They could layoff less then 100 at their different locations and not have to do a notice.
The first wave of involuntary layoffs likely won't come for a few months. The company has to file a WARN act notice 60 days prior to a mass layoffs, which is 500 or more employees.
@a2 i ve seen them go by both performance and last in. The poor performers went first.
The Sarah London video where she 1st spoke about the vsp's she said early August the "restructuring" would happen...so probably within the next 2-3 weeks this will happen. Carrie Milby has a town hall on Aug 26th I believe...by theat town hall i think everyone will know where they stand by then
Let’s hope ALL the VSP applicants were approved and HOPE that no layoffs are needed afterwards. But, if additional layoffs are needed, I believe they will look at performance and let those struggling go first. That’s just my two cents.
I don't, unfortunately, and I'm worried. I didn't qualify because I've been here for just nine months. I've seen companies use the last in, first out tactic, and on my team that would be me. I'm not sure about prior layoffs here or how they do it.
