@at disagree. No one from CEO MFN days are really around. Wellcare merger and the Wellcare way has infiltrated Centene Corporate. And it has continued to be a let me promote my friend with little experience rather than the original people who helped build the company. They took credit also for programs and success at other employees expense. Wellcare failed and has failed Centene complete with all their leadership driving the narrative. Good luck making $$, you still have to have membership ai and outsourcing wont help you with that part.
Michael Neidorff is probably rolling in his grave back then we did have layoffs but he did everything possible not to may he rest in peace
Completely disagree. All of the terrible mergers under his watch are one of the reasons we’re in this mess.
@a2 Sarah has no attachment to Centene, she was just a newcomer, promoted to the position of CEO after MFN’s passing. She is slowly destroying this company piece by piece, slowly undoing everything MFN has built in this company.
Centene was MFNs legacy. He cared about the services that members received. He also cared about the culture of the company. I would give up WFH to go back to the days where I was proud of where I worked and leadership.
