WARN notices won't give you a heads up. If you are assuming so, you don't understand how this works.
Oracle and other co’s run circles around WARN act.
You’d think, if you pay state tax WARN notice should apply to that state.
Just use ChatGPT and create a WARN alert. That means layoff have begun.
wARN is US state specific but layoffs are a go across North America
WARN applies to remote workers in Washington state.

Not only that, but WARN does not apply to remote workers.
People misunderstand the WARN notice to states and states notice to employees. The are not immediate and usually are retroactively posted.
