Cognizant replacing who stayed

Meetings already happening with Cognizant. Leadership are tight lipped since their roles are limited too. The goal is to show them the ropes so they can take over....

Cognizant is not just automation and AI. They also employ about 250k people in India who can do everything in Facets for a fraction of what Americans are paid.

When Fidelis was switching from Core to NetworX in Facets, we had an international team of consultants from India help and they didn’t have any issues jumping right in.

I would imagine that in time, any position that mainly works in Facets would be at risk of being replaced.

@ek lol!! AI will malfunction immediately after leadership trains them. Pure comedy. Someone below wrote "enrollment", yes enrollment is already being handled by outside vendors. Who also didnt understand the training they were given. So all negatives for the company but guess what? It saves them money for their euro trips and jet fuel.
