bh um is no different from all the cr-p going on! Since all the policy changes auth requests have dwindled - very litlte work to do! We point this out all the time and were asking how is all this affecting our job security - told with a smile no no….there is always work to do. Nope!!!!! No one can meet their ridiculous productivity requirements and on every 1:1 PL are told to mark us down for not meeting metrics even though there isnt enough work to do!!!!! Then they start tracking our laptops with pega to make sure were are in the applications but there is no work to do!!!!!! Im so glad i got the heck out of UM!!!!!! A nightmare!!!!!!

@am so glad i got out of UM! They rif folks and now rehiring the same roles 🤣 not even 2 months later. Make it make sense!!! They wanted me to do 18 cases a work day….with clinical reviews in 3 different systems…..and yeh make sure its 100% on audit scores. And make sure ur teams never goes to yellow 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I know some teams that have 3-4 cases daily and other teams that have 20+ cases each every day...and that team is told they still aren't doing enough. We have so many "helpers" running around looking for work. They don't know how to appropriately staff teams and direct sups are now trying to micromanage everyone.
@a2 get out if you can!!!! I got out and 1. My sleep has been so better. 2. My nervous system is so calm and relaxed. All my skin breakouts ans weight gain gone in 3 months….i didnt realize how toxic bh um was for my very body!!!!
I'm in BH UM. It's horrible!!!!!!!!
