Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Back to missing earnings.

I’m not really surprised anymore, but it would be nice to have a win one of these quarters

You didn't just lay off all the good employees, a lot of them left due to policies and poor treatment as well.

Just in time for Forum LOL... I used to really be interested in attending/presenting.... now i can only imagine those prep meetings and the damage control they are looking to communicate....... yeahhhhh so what we laid off all the knowledgeable employees.. and our AI strategy is a bust thus far...... its a new dawn of collaboration and in office work that will save us, and oh yeah even though everyone is overworked, we will put customers first at every pass.....

This is genuinely a bad quarter, especially in Financial Solutions. Digital Payments declined 6%, Issuing declined 10%, and Banking declined 8%. Wow.

Organic revenue growth: previously +1% to +3%; now –1% to 0%
Adjusted operating margin: previously approximately 34%; now 31% to 31.5%
Adjusted EPS: previously $8.00–$8.30; now $7.20–$7.40

Approximately a 10% reduction in the EPS guidance midpoint and a 2.5 percentage point reduction in the organic growth midpoint.
