Turn Over in GER

Is anyone concerned about the amount of turn over in Global Enterprise Recruiting? I think 5 TA Managers have left since the beginning of the year. 2 Directors. I guess Elfio and his buddy M dont care. THERE IS A PROBLEM HERE PEOPLE. WAKE UP. SNAP OUT OF IT.

@km The manager with 7 years of recruiting experience, and comes from B of A, is M’s eventual replacement. He was visibly nervous on the last call for a reason. The heat is on.

Things to come when they hire someone with less than 7 years recruiting experience to be the leader and the other one who doesn’t even understand technology and is suddenly made the leader but if you want clueless then talk to Europe recruiters.

Part of me thinks Elfio and M are scared that G.K.’s minions are going to report back to her how dysfunctional the T.A. department is and she will investigate further.

When the CHRO states on multiple calls to leave if you’re not seeing the growth you want and/or you’re not happy, some people listen….it’s just not the people he wants

Some really good leaders no longer here and a lot of tenure and knowledge out the door. It’s really a loss for those of us who are still here. I hope ELT pays attention.

@a4 One in MN just posted on LI that they went to Ameriprise. She was hub and highly regarded. I guess she had enough.

GER leadership has made it very clear that if you are not in a “primary hub” that your chances for promotion are extremely slim to none. Our most recent departure was based in Chicago, and I am 100% not surprised there was no more room for career growth for her.

I've never really had good experiences with GER leadership.

I am convinced they do not know what they are doing and like to throw people under the bus for their incompetence.
