@dp I would estimate AT&T spends about $2000 per month per desk in an office. Expense budget - right off the bottom line - no tax deductions. Let that sink in. How can the stockholders stomach that pure waste of money? If there were any left with a 3 digit IQ, there would be shareholder lawsuits.

IMHO, hybrid is the true answer and remote if you don’t have to meet with people to do your job. Prime example, I sit with a group of folks that have no one from their team here, there are no water cooler talks that happen or ftf meetings. Everyone is in another city or international. It makes no sense to have these people in an expensive office taking a desk.
